Product Owner

As Product Owner at ChannelEngine you own the merchant integrations domain — a critical part of the platform that connects thousands of customers to their sales channels. You shape the product roadmap, guide AI enhancements, and translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs that your development team can ship.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the merchant integrations backlog, refining and prioritising work based on business impact
• Shape business epics and user stories, translating complex requirements into clear functional designs
• Guide development of key capabilities including AI enhancements and integrations with platforms like Shopify and Adobe Commerce
• Support your development team throughout each sprint, providing clarification, managing scope, and reviewing completed work
• Partner with UX to deliver meaningful usability improvements to this complex area of the platform
• Contribute to sprint retrospectives and help strengthen product ways of working by aligning with other Product Owners

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex, technical environment
• Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with backlog refinement and sprint support
• Strong communication skills to translate between technical teams, business stakeholders and customer needs
• Familiarity with e-commerce integrations and merchant-facing products (a plus)
