As AI & Workflow Transformation Specialist at ChannelEngine, you'll join the Automation & AI Team reporting to the Chief of Staff. You solve real problems across the organisation by mapping processes, uncovering bottlenecks, and re-engineering workflows using automation and AI. This is hands-on work — you build and test solutions yourself, not manage a backlog or analyse data from a distance.
What you'll do
- Work closely with department heads in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to map their processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows that scale
- Embed automation and AI into daily operations using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, and custom APIs to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
- Build your own backlog by spending time with teams, spotting opportunities, and prioritising high-impact improvements
- Take ownership of end-to-end solutions — from discovery through testing and implementation
What you bring
- Hands-on experience building and deploying automation solutions (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms)
- Comfort working with APIs and connecting systems; some scripting or technical background is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset — you enjoy digging into process details and aren't afraid of technical challenges
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business problems into automation opportunities
