As BDR Manager at ChannelEngine, you own the performance and development of a 6-person outbound team generating new customer revenue across EMEA. You coach BDRs to hit their targets, build their skills through 1:1s and team sessions, and establish the workflows and routines that drive consistent pipeline generation for a SaaS platform serving e-commerce.
What you'll do
Manage and coach a team of 6 BDRs across different regions, ensuring they consistently deliver against their targets
Set up effective daily routines, tools and frameworks that enable the team to work efficiently
Guide the team on tool adoption and coach them to use sales frameworks effectively in their outreach
Partner with Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps on workflow setup, reporting, automation and strategy
Drive innovation and career growth within the BDR function to build a sustainable foundation for EMEA expansion
What you bring
Proven experience managing and coaching an international team of outbound BDRs
Track record of growing an outbound motion from scratch across multiple regions
Strong knowledge of software and SaaS sales cycles and dynamics
Experience thriving in fast-paced, scale-up environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
