As Senior Partner Manager at ChannelEngine, you own and grow a focused portfolio of high-impact partners. You operate as a business owner for your assigned partnerships, translating joint strategy into pipeline, ARR and long-term growth. You prioritise commercial impact over volume at every step.
What you'll do
Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies with your partner portfolio
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline alongside Sales, including account mapping, ICP alignment, and co-selling motions
Own commercial outcomes end-to-end for assigned partners — lead QBRs, build measurable joint growth plans, and identify expansion opportunities across regions, verticals and offerings
Act as primary point of accountability for your partners: challenge them on commitments and performance, and direct them to the right internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery
What you bring
Proven track record managing a high-impact partner portfolio and delivering commercial results
Strong relationship management and business acumen across enterprise partnerships
Ability to operate independently and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and attention to detail
