As (Senior) Product Pricing Strategist at Adyen, you develop and implement monetization, packaging, and pricing strategies for our financial products — used by companies like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. You work across Product Management, Risk, Treasury, Commercial Strategy, and Finance to shape how Adyen's offerings are valued and sold globally.
What you'll do
- Develop value-based pricing and monetization strategies for Adyen's financial product portfolio
- Partner with commercial teams to create competitive pricing proposals and provide price guidance
- Build tools, frameworks, and training materials that enable the sales organization to price effectively
- Monitor market pricing developments and identify opportunities to optimize Adyen's pricing
What you bring
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, monetization, or commercial strategy — ideally in financial services or B2B fintech
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with data and financial models
- Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
