Supply Chain Expert (f/m/d) - Strategic IT Landscape Management

Your Responsibilities

• Manage, design and implement group wide Supply Chain processes and systems to contribute to the value and efficiency of Supply Chain
• Conduct benchmarks, exchange actively with internal stakeholders and external partners to new insights and experiences and identify and analyze new market best-practices, observe new technologies and digitalization trends
• Lead group wide projects and change programs in the context of Supply Chain processes and systems
• Identify optimization levers to increase efficiency and to ensure lean and highly automated End-to-End processes
• Ensure close and effective collaboration within the team and to all Supply Chain divisions on groupwide level  
• Drive regular communication, coordinate workshops and trainings (e.g. with Key User, Category Manager)
• Manage and align interfaces to internal stakeholder (e.g. Business Support, Corporate IT and Accounting)
• Secure compliance according to corporate and Supply Chain standards, processes and guidelines
• Further development of expert knowledge and coaching of digital skills (methods, technologies) in the organization
• Actively contribute to an continuous improvement, performance and open feedback culture in the organization

 

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration / Engineering, IT or equivalent qualification (M.Sc., Diploma)
• Excellent knowledge about supply chain processes (P2P, S2C, SRM) and the management of IT systems
• Experienced in leading international IT projects and implementation methods (e.g. Scrum, BizDevOps)
• Experienced in the implementation and usage of group-wide ERP systems with focus on SAP S/4 Hana
• Experienced in managing complex international stakeholder relationships incl. management level
• Proven expert knowledge and mindset for digitalization trends and state-of-the art market technologies
• Strategic thinker with a structured work style and highly developed analytical skills  
• Willingness to actively drive change in the organization and to actively search for new solutions
• High resilience, comfortable with conflicts and ability to question “conventional” approaches
• Readiness to travel both nationally and internationally
• Fluent in German and English language
